Seat snapshot
TL;DRAn absolute count of seats for a customer on a date — the shape most vendor exports have.
A snapshot row says: on 14 March, customer X had 47 seats. It is not a delta. Importing snapshots means comparing each one to the balance Sonic already has on record and emitting one event per change.
Gap days between snapshots forward-fill the last known count. Rows already imported are skipped by their snapshot key while still advancing the running count, so a re-upload is safe.
