Billing data is replicated to an analytics store on a schedule; Metabase points there, never at the live database.

Scoped embeds
Each dashboard is embedded with the organisation id signed in, so a tenant only ever sees its own rows.

Dashboards appear as pages in Sonic for the people who need them, without a second login.
