Why we don't have a logo wall

We don't have named customers to publish yet. Here is what we do instead of inventing them.

Honest test — a demo on your files

Most billing vendors open the homepage with six logos and a DSO number that nobody can trace. We could do that too. It would take an afternoon and a stock-photo budget.

We are not going to. Sonic AI does not have named customer stories on this site yet, and pretending otherwise with a wall of grey logos is the fastest way to lose the trust of the one audience that matters here: a finance lead who has been burned by a vendor's marketing page before.

So here is the actual policy. When we have customers who will let us use their name, we will publish the story with numbers we can source — not a percentage that appeared from nowhere. Until then, the honest path is narrower and slower: a walkthrough on your actual contracts, or a carrier file you already have, run through the product live. If the schedule is wrong, you will see it wrong on the call, not in a case study six months later.

This also shapes what we will and won't claim elsewhere. We do not print SOC 2, HIPAA, or ASC 606 certification badges we have not earned. Security describes practices — organisation isolation, optional two-factor authentication, an audit trail from invoice to journal — not a badge shop. Ind AS 115 and ASC 606 policies stay yours; the product applies the method you configured and keeps a trail an auditor can follow.

A logo wall is a trust shortcut. We would rather earn the slower version.

Read this on your own numbers.

Bring a contract or a carrier file — we'll run it live.
