TL;DRA shipment whose charges have been calculated from the contract — the unit that gets invoiced.

Rating takes a shipment's facts — lane, weight, date, service — and applies the contract's rate lines to produce an amount per charge. The result is stored on the shipment so the invoice and the journal can show the rates behind the total.

A shipment moves from review (uploaded, not yet created) to draft to invoiced; a failed rating keeps its reason on the record.
